RELEASE OF WELLNESS INFORMATION

To help keep our Owl House community healthy, we use a Wellness Spreadsheet to share information about contagious illnesses affecting children in care.

To protect privacy, children’s names are not included. The spreadsheet lists only the symptoms being experienced and the date they were reported. If a child attended Owl House on the day symptoms appeared, the entry will begin with (@OH) to let families know there may have been exposure at Owl House.

This allows families to stay informed and make thoughtful decisions about attendance and care.

If you prefer that your child’s symptoms not be added to the spreadsheet, please include the note “This is confidential” when you let us know they are sick.
