OUR WELLNESS POLICY

Little ones will be asked to stay home if they have experienced any of the following symptoms in the LAST 24 HOURS:

  • Fever of 100.4 F (38 C) or above (without medication)

  • Persistent cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing (not otherwise explained)

  • Chills

  • Sore throat and/or swollen lymph nodes

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Diarrhea (three or more loose stools in a day)

  • Vomiting

  • Nausea

  • Unexplained rash

If it seems questionable, keep your child home, or get a note from your doctor stating that they are cleared for daycare.

Our Cleanliness Practices

Hand washing or sanitizing will be done by both staff and children several times a day, including upon arrival, before eating and food preparation, after diaper changing, toileting, wiping noses and cleaning up spills, etc. The environment, equipment, and toys will be cleaned on a routine basis and as needed.
